Spindle moulder, blower and copiers
Input rectifier with two 2.2 kW motors. at 12,000 rpm. with opposite rotation, entry and exit movements controlled automatically from the PLC, pneumatic drive and copying on both cutters. It mounts as standard diamond burs with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 60 mm. It has an automatically operated blower for cleaning the edge prior to gluing.
Boiler
Hot melt glue gluing group with
3 kg boiler. capacity with opening
of the pneumatic glue flow on time. All
our machines have the option of tilting
the boiler up to 3.5 degrees to be able to carry out
edged on door edges. There is
option to incorporate a second group of
gluing and pressure to be able to equip the
machine with 2 different types of glue / edge.
The activation of one or the other boiler is carried out
from the touch screen.

Retainer
With 2 independent 0.37 kw motors. at 12,000 rpm. The movement is carried out through a prismatic linear guide with automatic greasing to guarantee a smooth and precise cut.
Refiler Group
Tiltable with two high-frequency motors
0.75kw. at 12,000 rpm. to eliminate the excess of upper and lower edge. R-2 reversible Z6 cutters are fitted as standard. It has copiers in height (rotary plate) and depth (skid). Depth and height adjustment by turning knobs and numerical indicators.
Round / Shape Group
For rounding the front and rear upper and lower corners as well as rounding the front and rear vertical edges, it mounts two 0.75 kW high-frequency motors. at 12,000 rpm and reversible Z-3 R-2 burs. From the control display we can select 3 different programs:
- Rounding of front vertical edge and upper front corners and
lower.
- Rounding of rear vertical edge and upper rear corners and
lower.
- Rounding of front and rear vertical edge and front corners and
upper and lower rear.
Radius Scraper
To remove the marks that
