Work process
1.- The machine has a hydraulic panel warehouse, available in different sizes depending on your needs. It has a sensor that detects the board so that as boards are used, the table is raised automatically to position the next board.

2.- Subsequently, the suction cup system incorporated in the carriage inserts the tabletop into the work table up to the stops, squaring the tabletop precisely.

3.- Once the machining is finished simultaneously, a new board is inserted into the work table, while the previously machined board is unloaded.

Structure

Chassis built in thick rectangular steel tube, fully welded, which gives it great structural stability. After the manufacture and stabilization of the structure, all the guide seats and racks are rectified with high precision.

Our machines mount professional Numerical Controls. We do not use software applications with low-cost communication systems. The Numerical Control communication with the servo drivers is done through fiber optics.
